Their reaction didn't seem particularly well thought-out to me. I tried to gauge Alena's reactions by warning her about the way she was writing people down as sheep, but she interpreted it differently and I got Turquoise into this situation. As for the rest, I have my doubts about Tiger's Eye and Amethyst myself.
