SASUKE IS COMPLETELY SURE THAT SHE'S DISAPPOINTED IN THEM, and on him more than Itachi because he's a knight and not a part of Emerald in any way. It's a good thing that he doesn't care if he disappoints people, but Knife is one of the few people he actually sort of really likes in general so that bothered him. THEN AGAIN, he doesn't regret it. He'd rather destroy the world than letting Itachi die again, so he would make the same decision if it ever comes up without hesitating at all.
Outside that, he respects Knife and he isn't completely aware of how much of a good influence she is on Itachi, but he trusts her. He's been avoiding talking about serious stuff with her, though, and tries to clear his mind around her. IN GENERAL, he doesn't know where he stands arounds her and there's also stuff like the fact he judges Emerald's tendencies to get drunk a lot AND OTHER STUFF. In general, he likes Knife a lot and that won't change.
