The only reason I know military times is because I was a Navy brat, so there's that. (It's basically just minus 12 to get a more common time if it's after 12pm.)

uhhhh originally it was like two representatives. but the decisions on who are in-team decisions and I think more of some teams are showing up than other teams and I ... am not sure what Coral's doing! So vote and find out from your team or whatever \:D/ it is all pretty easygoing honestly.
