Mitchell is super pissed off with her right now. Her keeping the fact that she'd regained her ability to control her psychic stuff from him threw him off balance, and then was followed up almost immediately by what he felt was her completely dismissing any chance of him making any sort of good decision and basically treating him like a child. The psychic thing wouldn't have bugged him really on its own but after the argument about the happy juice it's also something he was dwelling on because he just can't understand why she wouldn't have told him, he's always told her everything like that so it makes the relationship feel uneven to him. Anyway from that argument he feels like she doesn't give him any credit for having changed at all and just immediately assumed the worst of him. Like I mentioned before, when he talked about it to Jaina she brought up pretty much the exact same concerns as Knife did, but she brought them up in terms of them being her own concerns rather than what he heard as YOU'RE TERRIBLE AND CAN'T BE TRUSTED so he was much more willing to take them into account.

So then he went and talked to his entire team aside from Ferris and every one of them thought the happy juice was a good idea, and his team is God right now so their agreement means his completely certain that he made the right decision and it was just Knife's issues getting in the way. He sort of had a bit in the back of his mind that was thinking about this as Knife having specific issues rather than KNIFE WON'T TRUST ME!!! but then the thing with Acedia happened and that super pissed him off because as far as he's concerned that's just not how you treat friends at all. He'd only just recently gotten back the memory of George killing Herrick and the associated massive positive dose of FRIENDS KILL FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR FRIENDS IF NECESSARY and he doesn't think what Acedia did was even the slightest little bit okay so the fact that Knife wasn't willing to stand on his side (as far as he was concerned) threw him for more of a loop.

Sooo I guess in total he thinks she doesn't trust him enough to tell him anything or let him make decisions (and he sees the happy juice thing as a really small thing to get so worked up over so it's not even like it was a big important decision) and she won't back him up against dangerous psychos :|a But Mitchell's reaction to people he likes disliking him is NOOO LOVE ME AGAIN so it won't be long before he starts trying to fix things somehow.

What are Knife's current feelings about her powers?
